So, here are some new pictures of Lacey!  She is getting so big!  We upgraded her from a harness to a collar!  Her harness is too small now!  :(  She got spayed last Friday, so now she hopefully will not have to go to the vet for the next year, as long as she doesn't get sick or anything.  She, we think, is now housebroken....no accidents in a long time...but we have a schedule down for her now.  We take her outside all of the time...so that there are no accidents!  Our paper towel bill has gone down a lot!  Haha!

CHRIS PASSED THE FLORIDA BAR!!!! WOO HOO!!!!! We are sooooooo excited!  He has ordered himself some business cards that now have "Christopher Wright, Esq." on them!  Hopefully he can find a job really soon!  He has been looking, he updated his resume and has sent them out to every job posting for the last week since we have found out...hopefully something will come soon!  He gets sworn in on September 30!  I am so proud of him!

My preschool job is still going well...I finally have my voice back!  The music classes are still my favorite thing to do.  My piano lessons are going great too!  I now have 7 students coming regularly and 2 more are signed up and ready to start in the next couple of months.  I have some more prospects too...we will see if they start coming or not...there are 2 or 3 of those.  That business is going so great!  I can't wait for it to really take off, so I can work from home!

Chris and I went to Disney this last Saturday!  It was so fun to go together on a date!  We went to the Pirates of the Carribean ride, The Philharmagic Show (which was really good!), he convinced me to go on Big Thunder Mountian (which was not a bad ride, for a rollar coaster!), we went to the Carosel of Progress, we walked through all of the shops on Mainstreet, we saw a Disney Barbershop Quartet sing and play bell instruments and tap dance, we played a Western Arcade Game...among other things!  While I was there this time, I saw Buzz Lightyear, Ariel and Eric, Tigger and Pooh, Pluto, and Daisy.

Well, this week hopefully will go well and will bring good news about Chris and a new job...crossing our fingers!

Christopher's birthday and things

So, Chris' birthday was yesterday.  He turned 28.  We made a German Chocolate Cake for his birthday, but we made it three or four days early...it got all eaten before his birthday even came!  I went to work yesterday, like everyday, but something was wrong!  I felt sooooo sick!  I left work early to go home.  I had a fever and I had the worst stomach ache ever!  Poor Chris spent his birthday taking care of me instead of celebrating his birth!  :(

I think Lacey may have mastered not going in the house!  She has not had an accident in three or four days!  WOO HOO!

I called off work today too, I still have a stomach ache and I just need some time to recover from getting all of those germs all of the kids bring in!  All of the other teachers that work there said that they all got sick within the first two to three weeks working there...that just happens when you work with kids...Well...I got sick the end of my fourth week...hopefully I will not get sick anymore because we can't afford to hve me taking off work every two weeks...this is the first time though...we will see I guess...

New Life

Well...September is going to be WAY different for Chris and I.  I am finally getting pay checks.  Chris finds out his bar results on the 20th and will be sworn in on the 30th.  Russ and Tamra moved out of our house yesterday, completely, so Chris and I finally have the house to ourselves!  We celebrated having the house to ourselves by looking at all of our bills and figuring out how we are going to pay them every month...what a celebration!  Woo Hoo!

Chris and I are going to do a "Spring Cleaning" this weekend.  The house will finally be put together and spotless...the way we like it!

Work is still going ok.  My favorite part of the week is when I teach my music classes.  The children are all attentive and listening to my directions and behaving the way that children should behave in a classroom!  My piano lessons are still going strong!  I will have two new students next week, thanks to my wonderful sister-in-law, Missy!  She posted my website up on her facebook page and I now have two new students!

Lacey went to the vet yesterday and we found out that she had a UTI.  Awesome.  She needed antibotics and that cost a lot of money for a dog.  Oh well...we need her to be healthy!

Well...I guess it's time for me to go to work!  I am looking forward to the three-day weekend starting tonight!!!!
